FAQs
How much is shipping?
We ship to you for free. We are passing the savings from our logistics innovation to you.
How does assembly work?
We use a high-grade YKK zipper that connects the modular pieces in seconds. YKK stands for: Yoshida Kōgyō Kabushikigaisha. It is the world's leading zipper brand headquartered in Japan.
How does the 100 day trial work?
Love it or return it within 100 days for a $99 flat fee. Just keep it in original condition, protect it, and we’ll handle the rest, including return labels and a full refund once it's processed.
How do I clean the pouf?
M1's Performance Weave repels liquid. If a spill occurs, quickly soak up the spill with an absorbent towel. If marks remain, dampen a cloth with warm water and gently dab away stains.
How much weight can it support?
It is impossible to break your sofa with weight thanks to Rove Lab SmartFoam technology. It took a 10 ton press to condense your sofa down into its revolutionary packaging.
Does the pouf change form over time?
Everything wears with time, but we’re confident it’ll last for years. Our lifetime warranty ensures you can get a new replacement sofa anytime under the warranty terms.
What is covered by the warranty?
From our Performance Weave fabric to the game-changing Smart Foam, every component of your sofa is protected from wear and tear under our warranty. While the fabric is treated to help you clean up spills, the warranty does not cover spills and stains. Learn more.

Love the ottoman and the colour! So perfect for our space and quality feels great! It came well packed and the item is light, my daughter was able to take it upstairs for me. Really enjoy this item.
Don’t have it never arrived
Great look, great price! And came in a compact shipping box. Very impressed on how it 'inflated' and looks in our room. We got the sofa bed too!
I am very impressed with this item. The installation could not have been easier. All I had to do was remove it from the plastic packaging, and within moments it automatically expanded and took its full shape almost like magic. The whole setup process took only a few minutes and required no special tools or effort. It looks great, feels sturdy, and was ready to use right away. If you’re looking for something convenient and hassle-free, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone who values simplicity, quality, and quick setup! 👍
Love it!!
Loved my delivery! Easy to transport and set up. Looks lovely.
Love it it’s gorgeous and the material is beautiful and the colour is beautiful soft cream beige
Soft, comfortable, perfect size.
Second time ordering from this company. Overall great experience and very good quality products.
It has filled out lopsided and annoying. I am very regretful of this purchase although a close colour match to my couch.
Couldn't be happier!!
Our new home is still under renovations, but this is a quality piece and the kids love sitting on it as well as the dog thinks it’s his new bed. So cute, we also ordered the M1 couch and it’s should be here this week. Highly recommend these products.
Love the pouf. It’s comfy and my partner loves it. Great investment ever
We love our Rove Lab Purchase!! The M1 Sofa Three seater and ottoman in the silicone sand. It fits our space so well, it is low profile and the BEST napping couch. All of our friends ask where this is from and want to buy it for their own home. I need a discount code honestly for how many people are wondering where this couch is from. It comes in the easiest set up ever, 4 boxes that include the 3 pieces of the couch and the ottoman. So simple but feels soo expensive. Affordable and great quality. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a low profile cosy couch and ottoman for their space ☺️
Love so much!! Quality is actually a lot better than expected, so so easy to install. Foam is nice and firm, definitely will last for a long time. Exactly like the picture will for sure recommend to anyone who is interested!!
I am addicted to this company. This round pouf is massive and perfect !
Love all the sofa! Pouf is great for either table or footrest.
We really love our new ottoman and couch.
We love it!
Perfect size for the space and pretty comfortable too
Love the couch and ottoman
love it, can't wait for our couch now
It is soft, firm, and large enough for my very tall husband to take up.
Its perfect!
It just was not the right color. It was too light more silver.
Amazing Pouf
My pouf came quick. Love it took no time to expand. Super cute easy to use . It’s light enough to move where ever . Very sad that my couch was on backorder as I was truly looking forward to it, but cannot wait to several weeks that it took for it to be made.
Was somewhat skeptical when I saw the package that it would expand into an ottoman, but it did within 48 hours! It is working out well in our cottage.
Love the color and size is perfect
Très beau très comfo
Love this option to go with the couch! It fits perfectly as an ottoman option, coffee table or side seating. I'm so happy we bought it.
Exactly what I wanted!
Great quality and perfect as a side table. Approved!
Really bring the room together. I have a l shaped, but this improves the look.
Even nicer in real life. Family loves it.
This is an amazing piece. It tied everything together! I have the couch and love seat and this is the finishing touch. Fabulous
great size, great quality, great color
I've already provided feedback on the color not being what I expected based on online photos and your customer service team basically said oh thats too bad so now we have a miniature coach in an awful color. The Ottoman is at least not miniature but the color remains awful
Thank you
